Lisa Rodrigues - Director of Reference Verification
Lisa graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2001 with a BA in Psychology/Sociology and worked as a counselor with adolescent girls from 2001 to 2003 at a Behavioral Treatment Residential Program. Having been a nanny in Boston through out her college career she decided to become a professional nanny in 2003, most of her employer families had four children and her last nanny position was for a prominent Chicago family. Lisa has cared for newborns through teens and has six years experience caring for twins during her nanny career. Lisa joined Morningside Nannies in August of 2007 as a Placement Consultant and ten months later was promoted to the position she now holds.

Lindsey Hammersley - Director of Client Relations
Lindsey is a graduate of the University of Houston. She worked as a nanny while in college and continues working with children by volunteering with organizations such as Houston’s First Baptist Church, Neighborhood Centers, Inc. and Children’s Miracle Network. She has her Professional in Human Resources certification. Lindsey's role at Morningside Nannies is to partner with our client families to better understand their needs, to offer support and to provide educational information during the search process. Lindsey joined Morningside Nannies in July of 2009.

Allison Staudacher – Director of Temporary Services
Allison graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in anthropology. During her college years Allison traveled throughout North America and Europe with the international educational performing arts organization, Up With People. Upon graduation Allison joined the FEL Group L.P. as an executive recruiter specializing in finance and economics. She has given many volunteer hours to help inner city youth, as well as being an active volunteer for Dress for Success and the Salvation Army. Allison joined Morningside Nannies in April of 2010.
