Part-Time Nanny

River Oaks family is seeking an experienced, caring, and nurturing nanny to join their growing family! Care will be primarily for the infant, as the 6-year-old is in school, though if school is closed the 6-year-old would also require care. Mom is home but dad travels a lot for work, so candidates who are comfortable with an at home parent would be a great match. Duties include providing attentive care, supporting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive milestones, actively engaging the children in age-appropriate activities and basic child related household tasks. Candidates who are proactive, who take initiative to help out, who like structure and who are seeking to be an extended member of the family would be a good match for this role. The 6-year-old is on a special low-fat diet, so candidates who are attentive to detail would be a great match. The parents handle school drop off and pick up, so the nanny won’t have to transport for school. Candidates must be COVID vaccinated to be hired. Additional hours available on evenings and weekends, though this is not required.

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 1130a-530p

Duties will include:

•       General childcare
•       Tidying up after the children (has a housekeeper)
•       Children’s laundry
•       Transporting the children

Compensation:

•       Guaranteed consistent pay
