Houston based family is seeking a supportive nanny to join their family! This family splits their time between their home in Cypress during the off season and their home in the city their dad is based in between August-December. Candidates must be willing to travel with the family, though there are opportunities to come back to Houston while away. This family has four children, ages 11 months, 3, 6 and 7. The oldest two attend school, so care is primarily for the 11-month-old and 3-year-old unless the older children are home. Mom works from home, so candidates comfortable with an at home mom are encouraged to apply. Duties to include providing attentive care, actively engaging the children in age-appropriate play and activities, assisting with schoolwork when the older children come home, and supporting the children’s growth and development. Candidates who are outgoing, calm in demeanor, work well with structure, like traveling, and are seeking to become an extended member of the family would be a great match for this family. Though the family travels a bit, the schedule is predictable, and routine based, with a laidback pace. Additional hours are often available on the weekend, but this is not required. This family has a dog, so candidates must be pet friendly. This family has a housekeeper, so there is no deep cleaning required. This family has a pool, so candidates must know how to swim. This family prefers a COVID vaccinated nanny, but this is not required. This family prefers a nanny who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Duties will include
• General childcare
• Tidying up children’s areas
• Driving as needed
• Children's meal prep and laundry (peanut/tree nut/shellfish allergies)
• Light housekeeping related to children (family has a housekeeper)

Compensation:
• Guaranteed consistent pay 52 weeks per year while employed
• Paid major holidays
• Paid vacation
• Mileage reimbursement or vehicle provided
