Busy physician parents in Pearland are seeking a dependable, calm, and nurturing nanny/nannies to grow with their family and care for their two children, ages 1 and 5. They are seeking a nanny/nannies who understand(s) the importance of punctuality and reliability and can provide stable, nurturing care throughout the children’s childhoods. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., averaging approximately 60 hours per week. The family is flexible in how the position is structured and is open to several arrangements, including a full-time live-out nanny, or a combination of one full-time and one part-time nanny, or two part-time nannies to share the schedule. Primary responsibilities include providing attentive, engaging care, preparing the children for the day, transporting their oldest child to and from kindergarten (located less than half a mile from the family's home), planning age-appropriate activities, and tending to child-related household tasks. The family has a housekeeper, so deep cleaning is not required. The family has one friendly, house-trained 20-pound corgi that requires minimal care thanks to a fenced backyard and dog door.
