Professional couple and first-time parents are seeking an experienced nanny to care for their 4-month-old. Duties include providing attentive childcare, fostering the physical, social, and emotional development of the child, and tending to all tasks related to the baby. Candidates who are calm, who take initiative, who model respectful and responsive care, and who are committed to maintaining privacy and confidentiality will be a great fit for this family. Candidates willing to assist with simple family meal preparation are given a bonus. This family would value a nanny who views themselves as a family support. Each parent works from home a few days each week, so candidates comfortable with a work at home parent should apply. One parent is a hospital physician and one to two times per month, the nanny will be asked to work noon to 8p or 2p-10p, depending on the call schedule, so flexibility to accommodate this is a must. This family requires a COVID vaccinated nannies. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply, though this is not required. This job is available now.
