Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA)

Morningside Nannies is a proud member of the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies. In 2008, Morningside Nannies was named APNA Agency of the Year, the industry’s highest agency honor. To be accepted into APNA agency members must present their contracts, applications and business practices for peer review and only the best applicants are granted membership in the association.

International Nanny Association (INA)

Morningside Nannies is a proud member of the International Nanny Association, a non-profit educational association dedicating to improving the quality of the in-home childcare industry. In 2010, Pat Cascio, founder of Morningside Nannies was awarded the INA Service Award Pin for 25 years of industry service. In 2011, Michelle LaRowe, Morningside Nannies executive director and 2004 International Nanny Association Nanny of the Year award recipient received her INA Service Award Pin for 15 years of industry service.

GTM Legacy Award

In 2020, Morningside Nannies was awarded the GTM Legacy Award. The GTM Legacy Award is given to an agency that has shown a longtime commitment working with GTM to serve their families and keep them compliant with employment laws. Morningside Nannies takes great pride in educating parents and nannies on nanny tax and payroll compliance and requires all clients and nannies to acknowledge their understanding of responsibilities prior to beginning a search.
