During our search for our current nanny I used several well-known services in Houston. I found that Morningside Nannies had the highest- quality applicants in town.
Morningside Nannies only sent me nannies that fit my needs. I felt that I wasn’t sent the resume of everyone on file.
Morningside Nannies was outstanding. The process was stress free and the caliber of applicants was far superior to that of other agencies. Morningside Nannies was thorough in their review and timely presentation of candidates.
I have used two other agencies, both were difficult to work with and did not live up to their promises and Morningside Nannies did.
Originally, I tried to find a nanny on my own and it took me much, much longer and only half of them spoke English. I had to do my own background checks. Morningside Nannies made it much easier, faster and more efficient.
I liked the fact that you screened the candidates before sending them to us, rather than sending the candidate to me before I knew anything about them, like happened with (name withheld), your competition.
The quality of candidates was very good. It was a difficult decision but Amy has proven to be a wonderful choice. We could not have found a better person. I would recommend your services to anyone looking for a nanny.
Indera is just wonderful. She is always happy and clearly loves her job. She is kind and fun and as for the practicalities, she is always on time and very flexible.
I wanted to pass along how happy I am to have Fatima working with our family. After just 11/2 days, I can see that she is a perfect fit for for child. We are lucky to have her.
I had an emergency situation and had a nanny sent over for the following day. I am so pleased with the service provided by Morningside Nannies. My son immediately fell in love with the nanny assigned to us. We couldn’t be happier.
There are many things to consider when evaluating the fees a nanny placement agency commands. At Morningside Nannies, you’ll find our fee structure competitive both locally and nationally with other respected placement agencies.
To start your search, we require a $100.00 search (registration) fee. This is a one-time non-refundable fee and is required to begin any search.
Should you hire one of our candidates for a position through our permanent division, our referral fee is equivalent to six times the nanny’s gross weekly wages. The minimum referral fee for any placement through our permanent division is $1000. This fee is payable upon the nanny accepting your job offer.
At Morningside Nannies we excel with matching the right nannies with the right families. The referral fee covers the cost of screening your candidate and the time required to carefully match a nanny’s skills, experience and personality with your caregiver expectations and preferences.
Please note: There will be a $25 cancellation fee if a confirmed care is canceled by the client with less than 24 hours notice. Please notify the agency as early as possible if you must cancel. If the sitter cancels, you will be eligible for one sit without an agency charge if the agency is unable to find a replacement nanny before the scheduled time.
Effective January 1, 2017, all weekend and/or Monday morning temporary/back-up care requests must be received no later than 3pm on the Friday prior to qualify for our standard temporary/back-up care referral fees ($25 per day/$30 same day per caregiver). Requests received after 3pm are subject to our after-hours daily referral fee of $50 per caregiver.
All arrangements for a sitter MUST be made through Morningside Nannies and not directly with the individual sitter. Although it is okay to ask the nanny her availability, we must be notified as well. When we learn that a nanny has made plans to sit for you we will charge your account $25 for each day that you have engaged her.
