Held in the fall of each year, Nannypalooza is a two-day conference for nannies and related nanny businesses providing a fun and affordable learning opportunity for nannies from across the United States and beyond.

A chapter affiliate of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Houston Area for the Association for the Education of Young Children hosts two annual conferences each year, one in the fall and one in the spring, geared towards early childhood educators.

In 1988, Sullivan began developing a Professional Nanny program and became members of the International Nanny Association. By 1992, an Associate of Science degree in Early Childhood Education was added to give students additional career options. Later, the program expanded virtually.
