Busy Memorial Park family is seeking an experienced, energetic, and educated Nanny / Family Support Specialist to help their home run smoothly. The core of this position includes approximately 25 hours of childcare, supporting the family’s five-year-old triplets, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Mon- Thurs and Fri from 2p-5pm. Responsibilities include transporting the children to and from school and activities, managing the afternoon and evening routine, packing lunches for the following day, and actively engaging the children in age-appropriate play and activities. The ideal candidate is creative, engaged, and able to think on their toes while confidently managing the many moving parts that come with a busy, high-functioning household. In addition to childcare responsibilities, the role includes providing household support two to three days per week, such as children’s laundry, simple family meal preparation, and maintaining organization in shared family spaces. These duties may be completed on a flexible daytime schedule prior to school pick-up and would bring the position to approximately 30 hours per week. For candidates seeking a full-time schedule, the family can offer a 40-hour split-shift option, including morning support from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and afternoon support from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Morning responsibilities include assisting with breakfast clean-up and resetting the home after the children leave for school, in addition to the household support tasks noted above. The family also has a 16-month-old, though primary care responsibilities will be for the triplets, as the younger child has separate full-time care in place. Weekly schedules will be confirmed each Sunday, and flexibility to occasionally stay later in the evening is preferred. Candidates who communicate well, take initiative, and are comfortable providing both childcare and household support will be a great match for this collaborative, team-oriented household.
