The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and an excellent communicator who enjoys partnering with parents while confidently taking initiative. The family has established routines and is looking for a nanny who can provide nurturing, structured care while supporting their son's development through age-appropriate play, meaningful interaction, and activities that encourage him to reach important developmental milestones. Responsibilities include providing attentive infant care, following the family's daily routines, and tending to child-related household tasks. The family employs a housekeeper, so no deep cleaning is required. Candidates must be current on Tdap and seasonal flu vaccinations. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply but are not required. This family has a cat, so candidates must be pet friendly. This family values kindness, reliability, open communication, and mutual respect, and hopes to find a nanny who will become a trusted, long-term part of their family.
