Busy professional family in West University Place is seeking a structured, dependable, and flexible nanny/family support specialist to care for their two school-aged daughters, ages 10 and 12. This position is ideal for a career nanny who enjoys working with older children, thrives in a busy household, and takes pride in helping a family stay organized and on schedule. While core hours are approximately 1–7 p.m. this is a full-time role guaranteeing 40 hours per week with the workload typically being approximately 30 hours per week. Responsibilities include school pickup, transportation to and from activities, homework supervision, and ensuring the children complete their daily responsibilities. While the children are in school, the nanny will assist with grocery shopping, dry cleaning, errands, and other family support tasks. This family has a housekeeper so there is no deep cleaning required. With two parents in demanding careers, flexibility and reliability are essential. The nanny must be available for occasional morning routines and school drop-offs and extended hours when parents have work commitments or travel. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and confident managing schedules while providing age-appropriate guidance and maintaining consistent expectations. The family has a pool, so candidates must be knowledgeable about water safety. Candidates who are bilingual in English and French are encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. This family has a flexible start date.
