This will be a split role, with the nanny focusing on providing high quality childcare, supporting independence, and managing the afternoon and evening routine for their 3 elementary school children Mon-Fri from 3p-7p. For candidates seeking full-time work, the family can offer a split nanny/family support specialist role. When the children are in school, the role would focus on running errands, organizing the playroom and children’s rooms, resetting the home, and other targeted household support. The family has a housekeeper to manage traditional cleaning activities. This family has a dog, so candidates must be pet friendly. The ideal candidate for this role is responsible, kind and values integrity, open and honest communication, and consistency. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply, though this isn’t required. The ideal candidate would be able to pivot and provide childcare when the children do not have school. This job is available now.
