Professional couple and expecting parents in Montrose are seeking an experienced, nurturing, and proactive nanny to provide exceptional care for their child. This family is looking for a nanny with strong hands-on newborn and infant experience who is knowledgeable about safe sleep practices, feeding routines, developmental milestones, and creating healthy daily schedules. The ideal candidate is caring, professional, responsible, and confident, taking the lead in supporting the baby's growth and development. This family values open and honest communication, transparency and partnership. In addition to providing attentive, child-focused care, the nanny will assist with light household support including tidying common areas, loading and unloading the dishwasher, organizing baby items, and helping with other day-to-day household tasks. The family has a housekeeper, so there is no deep cleaning required. Candidates who enjoy cooking or assisting with meal preparation are encouraged to apply, although this is not required. One parent works from home in a separate area and requires that the nanny be comfortable working independently, managing the baby's routine, and confidently taking ownership of the day-to-day childcare responsibilities while maintaining open communication with the parents. Candidates who are bilingual in English/Farsi or English/Spanish are encouraged to apply, though this is not required. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM (40 guaranteed)

Duties will include:
• General childcare
• Tidying up after the children (has housekeeper/shoe free home)
• Children’s meal prep
• Children’s laundry
• Transporting the children

Compensation:
• Guaranteed consistent hours
